Upon linking your reservation, we receive the following data from the Hotel Property's Property Management System (PMS), such as:

  • Reservation Details: Reservation ID, check-in and check-out dates, room type, room number (once assigned).
  • Personal Identifiable Information (PII): Full name, email address, phone number, and mailing address provided during your initial booking.

2.2 Information You Provide Directly (Relevant to Points 2, 3, 4)

We collect data you actively enter into the App:

  • Account Details: Username and password.
  • Online Check-in/Out Data: Required legal documents/uploads, final payment selections.
  • Service Request Data: Details of requests made (e.g., room service orders, housekeeping requests, maintenance issues) and the time of the request.
  • Feedback Data: Comments, or feedback submitted regarding the App or Hotel services.

2.3 Automatic Data Collection (Usage Data) (Relevant to Point 5)

When you access and use the App, we automatically collect:

  • Device Information: IP address, device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and network information.
  • Usage Logs: Details of your interactions with the App, including features used, time spent on pages, and click paths.
  • Geolocation: If enabled by your device settings, we may collect precise location data for features such as keyless entry or proximity-based check-in.

We must share your PII (Name, Room Number, Reservation ID) and all active Service Request Data (Point 3) with the specific Hotel Property where you are staying, as this is necessary to fulfill the services you request.

4.2 Sharing with CRM and Marketing Partners (Relevant to Point 5)

We share your PII, reservation history, and usage data with our CRM platform and marketing service providers. This sharing is done solely for the purpose of personalizing your experience, providing loyalty benefits, and conducting future marketing outreach.

4.3 Sharing with Service Providers

We employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our App ("Service Providers"), such as cloud hosting, data analytics, and payment processing. These third parties have access to your data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
