- Fill out the contact form.
- Select 'Technical Support' or 'General Inquiry' as your ticket subject.
- (If you wish to delete your account, please select 'Account Deletion' as the subject.)

Account Deletion Request for Hotapp.io

How to Request Deletion
You can request to delete your account through the following methods
- In-App : Navigate to the support or contact section within the app and select 'Delete Account' as your ticket subject.
- Email : Send a request to our support team at hotapp@webconnection.asia with the subject line 'Account Deletion Request'.
Data Retention and Deletion
Once your request is processed, we will permanently delete your personal information, including
- User profile information (name, email, etc.)
- Reservation and booking history
