By downloading, accessing, or using the Casa De Mar mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The App is a guest service platform powered by Hotapp.io, which is developed and managed by Web Connection Co., Ltd. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Scope of Service

The App is designed to provide guests of Casa De Mar with digital services, including but not limited to:

• Digital access to existing Hotel Reservation Data.
• Online Check-in and Online Check-out functionality.
• The ability to digitally Request Hotel Services (e.g., room service, housekeeping, maintenance).
• Data integration with CRM for personalized marketing and service offers.

3. User Accounts and Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any activities that occur under your account are your responsibility.
• You agree to notify Casa De Mar immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. App Ownership and Intellectual Property

• Application Identity: The brand "Casa De Mar," its logos, and specific hotel content are the property of Casa De Mar.
• Platform Ownership: The underlying technology, software, and platform (Hotapp.io) are the intellectual property of Web Connection Co., Ltd.
• Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial hotel service purposes only.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to disrupt the App's functionality or bypass security measures.
• Use any automated systems (bots, scrapers) to collect data from the App.
• Impersonate any person or entity.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While Web Connection and Casa De Mar strive to provide a seamless experience, we do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Casa De Mar and Web Connection shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be updated within the App with a revised "Effective Date." Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that region.
